How long will a repair take?
We’ll give you an estimated time, but sometimes “2 hours” ends up being,"well… surprise!” Shift Happens. 🥲
Can you come to my work/home?
Absolutely! We'll come to your work, house, school, situationship’s apartment complex, the Walmart parking lot you’ve been stranded in for 3 hours, your HOA neighborhood that “doesn’t allow car repairs" (KIDDING! 👀), the side of the road, the drive-thru if it’s moving slow enough... wherever, really.
Will I be charged extra labor if the job takes longer than I was quoted?
Nope! What we quote is what you pay; even if it takes longer. We like our surprises in birthday parties, not car repairs. 😎
Do I need to provide anything?
Nope! Just the car and maybe a little emotional support. We bring the tools, the equipment, the know-how, and the sarcasm. You just provide the vehicle and a place for us to park that isn’t a swamp. Bonus points if you’ve got snacks, but not required.
How do I pay?
Pay however you'd like: cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo… cards and PayPal are okay if you really insist, but they're kinda like that weird uncle… we try to avoid them.
Do you work on all makes and models?
We work on most cars, including German-built ones, (we just don’t exactly love them) and electric vehicles aren’t our jam. Everything else? Bring it on.
